These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between the Player and masibet with respect to the use of the platform, its games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offerings, and customer support channels. These Terms apply to all versions of the platform, including the desktop browser version, the mobile browser version, and any application that may be made available in the future.

masibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notification. Where a material change is made, the revised Terms will be published on the platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of masibet following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

masibet operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. The platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, sports betting markets — including live cricket betting for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — and related entertainment services. Access to specific features may be subject to additional terms or conditions published at the point of access.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on masibet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when placing bets or making deposits.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of masibet or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from masibet or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are using your own funds when making deposits and are not acting as an agent for any third party.

masibet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account activity patterns. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Where masibet has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending the outcome of an age verification review. If the Player is confirmed to be under 18, all deposits will be returned (less any amounts already wagered), any winnings will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one active account on masibet. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same Player, masibet reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any winnings generated through those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. masibet accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information, including failed payment processing or delayed verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. masibet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact masibet support immediately at support@masibet or via the live chat function on the platform dashboard. masibet may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure while an investigation is conducted.

masibet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. This may include requesting additional identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of source of funds. These checks are conducted in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. Accounts that fail to complete required due diligence checks within a specified timeframe may be suspended pending resolution.

masibet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Specific deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be rejected and the funds returned to the originating account. masibet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time prior to processing a withdrawal.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your masibet account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to be reflected in your account balance, depending on the originating bank's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the masibet payments team within 24 hours of submission. Standard processing times following approval are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within one to four hours; bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one to three business days.

masibet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which masibet accepts no responsibility. All transactions on masibet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not currently supported.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending the completion of identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, or an ongoing AML review. masibet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours in cases where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

masibet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general policy, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using the bonus funds (and any associated deposit, where applicable) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. Game contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game category and will be published in the relevant promotion terms.

• Casino slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) typically contribute 10%–20%.
• Crash games and specialty titles may contribute 50%–100% as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Sports betting contributions are specified per promotion and may vary between 0% and 100% depending on the event and market type.

Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any other form of consideration. Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times — whether through creating duplicate accounts, using different payment methods, or any other means — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in voiding of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible account closure.

masibet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn prior to a Player meeting the stated wagering requirements, any remaining unwagered bonus funds will be removed from the Player's account and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be voided.

All bets and wagers placed on masibet are subject to the specific game or sports betting rules published within the relevant game interface or betting market. General betting rules applicable across the platform are set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between general rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence.

Bets once confirmed and accepted by the platform cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to review all bet details, including stake amount, selection, and odds, before confirming a bet. masibet accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the Player.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, masibet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players. Where technically possible, masibet will attempt to honour bets at the odds displayed at the time of placement, provided that those odds were not the result of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake.

For live sports betting, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, bets are accepted up to the point at which the platform suspends the relevant market. Markets may be suspended at any time in response to on-field events, data feed issues, or risk management requirements. Bets accepted prior to market suspension will stand subject to normal settlement rules.

masibet reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to: placing a maximum stake limit on specific markets, restricting a Player's ability to bet on certain events, or declining a bet that has already been submitted pending acceptance.

Winnings from settled bets and games will be credited to your masibet account balance automatically following settlement. Settlement times vary by game type: casino game results are settled instantly; sports betting markets are settled within 24 hours of the relevant event concluding, subject to official result confirmation.

As a Player on masibet, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of legitimate entertainment and to conduct yourself in accordance with applicable law and these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

Fraudulent Activity

Any attempt to defraud masibet or other Players through the use of stolen payment details, identity fraud, chargeback abuse, or any other fraudulent scheme is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and legal action.

Collusion and Match Manipulation

Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, or exploiting knowledge of match-fixing arrangements in sports betting markets, is a serious breach of these Terms and applicable law.

Software Exploitation

Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players is strictly forbidden.

Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonus offers through the creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party funds, coordinated play with other accounts, or any other method designed to extract bonus value beyond its intended scope constitutes bonus abuse.

Money Laundering

Using masibet as a vehicle for money laundering or the processing of proceeds of crime is a criminal offence. The platform cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crimes.

Underage Access

Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by a person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. If you are aware that a minor has accessed the platform using your account or device, you must notify support immediately.

masibet employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, masibet may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Player's account; void all pending and settled bets associated with the account; withhold or forfeit all funds in the account balance; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Players may close their masibet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat on the platform dashboard or by emailing support@masibet. Upon receipt of a closure request, masibet will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided that no bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements remain in the account.

masibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has provided false or misleading registration information; the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months; the Player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period; or masibet is required to do so for legal, regulatory, or risk management reasons.

Where an account is closed by masibet as a result of a breach of these Terms, any funds in the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling are encouraged to make use of masibet's responsible gaming tools, including the cooling-off and self-exclusion options available directly within account settings, before requesting full account closure. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and masibet.
